Our standard MOQ for wholesale vanilla beans is 50 kilograms. This allows us to provide competitive, direct-from-origin pricing. Absolutely. We encourage our new partners to evaluate our quality firsthand. We can provide a representative sample of our current stock. The sample itself is complimentary; we only ask that our clients cover the international courier/shipping fee (e.g., via DHL or FedEx).
Preserving the quality and aroma of our vanilla is our top priority. The beans are typically bundled, then professionally vacuum-sealed in food-grade bags in increments of 1 kg, 5 kg, or as per your requirement. These sealed bags are then placed into sturdy, export-grade cartons to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive at your facility in perfect condition.
Our commitment to quality is rooted in our direct-trade model. We work directly with a dedicated network of farmers whom we have trained in sustainable cultivation and proper harvesting techniques. This gives us full traceability back to the farm level. Furthermore, every batch of vanilla undergoes a strict in-house quality control process where we check for moisture content, vanillin levels, aroma, and physical appearance before it is approved for export.
The price of vanilla is a dynamic commodity figure influenced by global market conditions, harvest seasons, and quality. Our pricing is determined by several factors:
